Arrow Video FrightFest Rescheduled Due to UK Coronavirus Restrictions

0

We learnt the news via the official Facebook group for the event.

Due to continuing Coronavirus (COVID-19) restrictions and the current recommended social distancing rules currently in place in the UK, Arrow Video’s traditional five-day event, Fright Fest, which usually takes place in August has now been rescheduled…The festival is now set to take place at the end of October.

The safety of festival goers and filmmakers plus the atmosphere reducing capacity restrictions in cinemas once they reopen has been the main driving force behind the decision.

According to FrightFest’s Ian Rattray, the plan is to extend the yearly FrightFest Halloween one day event to multiple days, however details are still being finalised. Details on dates, venues, movies and ticketing for the above-mentioned Halloween event will be available in due course.
